Nabodoy Agrotech Private Limited The following terms and conditions shall apply to individuals or entities appointed as Authorized Distributor of Nabodoy Spices.

1.Appointment of Distributor Nabodoy Agrotech Private Limited may appoint a distributor for a specified territory subject to approval by the company. The distributor shall promote, market, and sell Nabodoy spices within the assigned territory.

2.❌❌Security Deposit The distributor shall submit a refundable security deposit of Rs. 25000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) at the time of appointment. The deposit will serve as a security against payment obligations and compliance with company policies.

3. Payment Terms All supplies made by the company shall be subject to a maximum credit period of 30 days from the date of invoice. The distributor must ensure remittance of all dues within 30 days without delay.

4. Blank Security Cheque The distributor shall provide a blank signed security cheque in favor of Nabodoy Agrotech Private Limited as a guarantee for payment obligations. The cheque will only be used by the company in case of non-payment or violation of agreed payment terms.

5. Order & Supply Orders shall be placed by the distributor as per company guidelines. Supply of goods shall be subject to product availability and company dispatch policies.

6. Marketing & Promotion The distributor shall actively promote Nabodoy products within their territory and maintain proper distribution to retailers, wholesalers, and other sales channels.

7. Pricing Policy The distributor shall strictly follow the company’s approved pricing, margins, and market policies to maintain brand integrity and uniformity in the market.

8. Termination The company reserves the right to terminate the distributorship in case of: Non-payment or delayed payments Violation of company policies Misuse of brand name or product Unsatisfactory business performance.

9. Jurisdiction All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the company’s registered office location. 10. Acceptance By accepting the distributorship, the distributor agrees to comply with the above terms and conditions of Nabodoy Agrotech Private Limited. Company Bank Details:
