Homemade Chicken Curry with Simple Ingredients

🧂 Ingredients (Serves 4)
For Chicken Curry:
- 500g chicken (medium pieces)
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp mustard oil

- 1/2 tsp Nabodoy Garam Masala
- 1 pinch Nabodoy Panch Phoron (optional twist)
- Salt to taste
🍳 Cooking Method
Step 1: Prepare the Base
Heat mustard oil until smoky. Add Nabodoy Gota Jeera and a pinch of Panch Phoron for a unique aroma.

Step 2: Build the Masala
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Mix in ginger-garlic paste and cook till fragrant.
Now add:

Step 3: Add Tomato & Chicken

Step 4: Slow Cooking
Add water as needed and cover.
Cook on medium flame for 20–25 minutes until chicken is tender.
Step 5: Final Touch
Sprinkle Nabodoy Garam Masala on top.
Let it simmer for 2 more minutes.
